Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. We hope you will enjoy wearing our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund of the item/s price.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping is non-refundable. Please take care in packaging returns. Returns damaged in shipment back to Twist 46 will be non-refundable.
